Custom Impact Assessment Method Development: How do you decide between two alternatives when one has higher climate change emissions and the other higher acidification emissions? Weighting is the traditional method to answer this question. Although ISO 14040 prohibits the use of weighting for comparative assertions to be used in marketing, weighting is an excellent way for companies to instill their values into the process. We help you identify which impacts are most important to you and your stakeholders and then help you create a weighting system that reflects your priorities.
